Online reputation management (ORM) for Biz2Bizzi
In order to keep a high profile online reputation of Biz2Bizzi, we created the following ORM strategy: we created the online game “Business chance” that gave to the users the opportunity to win different prices. This guaranteed us the full attendance for the first event. In order to make the game and the event popular we used the following online marketing tools: pay-per-click campaign, SEO optimization for the business website of Biz2Bizzi, link building, e-mail marketing, video marketing, SoLoMo marketing strategy.
For the ORM of the next ten Biz2Bizzi events we used the same methods that helped us establish the high profile reputation of the event.
